What type of license will I have?

You will have a Limited Sub-Agent license which is approved by the state of Georgia. No exam required.

I am not a resident of Georgia, can I still work for Smart Flex Agents, LLC.?

Good question, unfortunately, No, a Limited Sub-Agent license is not offered in every state however, Georgia is one of the only states that does.

Is the limited sub – agent requirements the same as a temporary agent’s license?

There is a big difference. Each license gives you authority to sale insurance however some of the larger agencies bring trainees in as temporary agents, but trainees are brought in as state approved temporary agents. Most trainees at first are unaware that they are given 15 months to pass the state exam. Within the first months six months you have to take the exam. If you do not pass, you are given six additional months to set and pass, however if a third attempt is needed, you have the additional three months to set and pass. After the third attempt without passing, your temporary license is terminated. On the hand, with your limited sub- agent license, as long as you are in good standing with your sponsor, the state and your CE hours are up to date, then you will retain your license each and every year.

When are commissions paid out?

All commissions are paid out at the end of each month. Example If you refer or sign up a member between the first and the 30th of the month, you will receive your commission at the end of the next month.

What if a client or member cancels their insurance or membership, is there a charge back?

Another good question. The answer is NO. Unlike larger companies that pays in advance, a charge back is exceedingly difficult to pay back once funds have been spent. The business is to make money not to pay it back. We pay as earned. We are working to build long term residual income, month after month.

What if I know others that want to sign up, will I get paid for recruiting them?

The simple answer, heck yeah! As a member, no matter which plan you are under, you can recruit and receive a monthly check each month they and you are members.

Is Smart Flex Agents website secure?

Yes. At Smart Flex Agents, we take security very seriously, which is why our site is automatically issued an SSL Certificate so they can load on a 256-bit encrypted https: connection. Search engines flag sites that do not have SSL certificates. This an extremely valuable feature that other companies will charge extra for.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your Smart Flex Agents account at any time right from our Support Center at onboarding@smartflexagents.com

What happens to my account if I decide to cancel?

At the time of cancellation, your site will come offline. You are free to move to a lower plan if that will help however your commission will drop down to the new plan commission structure. NOTE: once changed, you will have to remain in that plan for 6 months before upgrading.

Is hosting includes with my Smart Flex Agents website?

Yes. Your website on the Smart Flex Agents platform includes super reliable cloud hosting at no additional charge.
